This was my first purchase from HAVAI I'm really happy and satisfied with their products. This time I bought a Motor stand (Singer Tower Cooler)from HAVAI and the product I received is the same as its described on the website. I happened to coordinate with Mr. Rishab, who helped me in finding the right match for my Air Cooler. The delivery of the product was a little delayed by the courier company.
This product I was trying for a few months I tried it in the local markets of Hyderabad and Telangana but couldn't find one. I even tried contacting Singer Customer Care but they were of no use, raised several complaints but none were resolved. Luckily, I happened to find this HAVAI website and there i was able to find the exact match for my cooler, and at last, my wait was over.
