I got to know about Havai while scrolling on amazon. I was searching for a remote-controlled fan but was sceptical to purchase one, but then I saw this specific Havai BLDC fan and was amazed to see all 7 5-star reviews, I went on the page and read the reviews and then visited their e-commerce website. I had a nice chat with Rishabh Ji (owner of the company) where I asked him all the doubts regarding the warranty, remote functions, remote warranty and discounts and fortunately, he was very humble to entertain me at late night. I straight away ordered the fan and was indeed happy to watch its sleek and simple design which does not make it look like a high-fi model but gives a middle-class outlook. Apart from the fan, the after sales service was also amazing where Rishabh Ji was always in touch with me and the concerned technician. I hope to receive similar after-sales service because that's what defines a company.
